We first had contact with ECPS when we rented a villa in Moraira for a holiday in 2005. We loved the area so much we decided to buy our own villa in Moraira at the beginning of 2007. Since then, ECPS have been managing the villa and also looking after the garden and pool.

East Coast Property Services have now been looking after my villa, Casa Almendra for the last 6 years.
they have very efficiently dealt with my exacting requirements in dealing with the holiday guest changeovers. I have had many guests comment on how clean and lovely everything is presented on arrival. They supply the services of laundering all the bed linen and towels to a very high standard, supplying a welcome pack for guests, and cleaning the villa throughout.
The garden & pool are maintained to a high standard, the gardening includes the mowing of the lawn, keeping a straight line on all the hedges and the pool is cleaned and prepared, keeping it crystal blue clean and clear for guests to enjoy.
